Our Terms and Conditions
The Print Buyers Network is a professional organization that exists to make the process of submitting proposals and buying print services easily. The methodology we have developed is the result of our experience, work, and research after several decades in the industry.
We make every effort to screen our Print Buyers and our Preferred Print Vendors to ensure that our Association remains the leader in this industry. However, if a disagreement ensues between parties, The Print Buyers Network cannot be held liable in any way.
The information contained on this website and the contact information of our Print Buyers and Preferred Print Vendors is strictly limited to the uses allowed within the Print Buyers Network, and is protected by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Print Vendors:
In exchange for your monthly membership fee, The Print Buyers Network will. email Requests for Quotes from our Print Buying Members directly to your email address of record with the Network. The Print Buyers Network DOES NOT act as an intermediary or as a buffer between you and the Buyer. Once you have the contact and Request For Quote information, it is your responsibility to contact the Buyer directly and submit proposals.
By registering with the Print Buyers Network, you agree to have your monthly membership fee automatically charged against your credit card every month whhile you remain a member of the Network. Your membership may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the link located in the 'View Your Details" section of the Print Vendor Menu.
By your use of this service and acceptance of these terms, you agree not to contact any party for any reason other than to respond to a Request for Quotation, and such contact shall be limited to questions pertaining to the RFQ or your quotation, itself. Any violation of this policy will result in revocation of membership and a permanent ban from the service. |
