What is the Print Buyers Network?

The Print Buyers Network is a ONE STOP ONLINE QUOTE SERVICE developed by Print Buyers for Print Buyers. We understand your printing needs, and the time constraints you're under quite often. We have devised a system that enables you to enter your Print Job Specifications ONLY ONCE in our easy to use Quote Request form, and then sit back and let Print Vendors come to you with their prices.

Is this service really FREE? No Catches?

The service is completely FREE to the Print Buyer. The time it takes to complete the Membership Form is your only investment. Print Buyers Network hooks you up with our vast list of Preferred Print Vendors who are ready to serve you, and you will hear directly from them with Quotes.

Do I Need to Show Credentials to Join?

You may not have the official title of Print Buyer for your company, but if you are buying print services, that's good enough for the Print Buyers Network. Surveys have shown that more than 60% of Professionals who purchase printing carry a different job title and perform other duties in addition to Print Buying! Interestingly many smaller Printers and Print Brokers are Print Buyers and use this service daily, too.

How Soon Will I Receive Quotes?

Generally, you should expect to begin receiving Quotes the same day you post your Print Job Specifications and Request for Quotes. Most of our Preferred Print Vendors who intend to respond to your Request for Quotes will have done so within 24 hours of the posting.

Does the Print Buyers Network sell or distribute any of my personal information such as email address or telephone number?

Absolutely not! Print Buyers Network does not share any Member Information of any kind with anyone anywhere.

Can I get a list of your members (Print Vendors)?

No, we do not publish this list. The best way to reach these Print Vendors is to submit a Quote Request through our Network.

What Happens after I join the Print Buyers Network

Requests for Quotes will be emailed directly to you. Those Requests will include all Print Job Specifications as well as the contact information for the Print Buyer. You'll be able to communicate with the Print Buyer directly, and Print Buyers Network does not become involved in those discussions. Once our system has made the introductions, we stay out of your way. It's quite a bargain, actually. For just a little over one dollar a day, Requests for Quotes will simply come directly to you. You won't have to leave your desk to quote print jobs daily.

What do I get for my Monthly Membership Fee?

As we said, Requests for Quotes on Print Jobs come to your desk from Print Buyers all over the world. All you have to do is check your email regularly, and review the Requests. Then, sharpen your pencil, assemble your Quote, and send it off directly to the Print Buyer.

Do I owe anything else beyond my Monthly Membership Fee?

Absolutely not! You don't pay per lead or per Print Job landed. Your Monthly Membership Fee is all you pay, whether you quote 1 job or 100 jobs, land 1 job or 100 jobs.

May I also join Print Buyers Network as a Print Buyer?

Sure you can, and we'll be happy to have you as a Print Buyer Member. In fact, we encourage you to do so. A considerable percentage of Print Buyers who use our services are Print Vendors who have needs to fill for their customers but who don’t have the capability, capacity, or the time to take care of those needs.

Does the Print Buyers Network sell or distribute any of my personal information such as email address or telephone number?

Absolutely not! Print Buyers Network does not share any Member Information of any kind with anyone anywhere.

Is this an online Auction where only the lowest bidder gets their quote emailed to the buyer?

No! Once Print Buyers Network has helped Print Buyers and Print Vendors find each other, it is no longer a part of the process. Requests for Quotes are emailed directly to Print Vendors, along with the contact information of the Print Buyer. Print Vendors will be communicating directly with the Print Buyers, and the Print Buyers make their own decisions on whose Quotes to accept and which Print Vendors to hire. Every Print Vendor has an equal chance of landing a job.

How can I cancel or suspend my membership?

Simple! Login - Click on "My Account" - Click on "Suspend Membership" - Done.

What is the cost of becoming a member?

The monthly fee is $59.95 per month. There are no commitments & you may cancel your membership at any time.
