The Print Buyers Network was founded by Print Buyers to be a simple and time-saving tool for Print Buyers. We knew how onerous a task it is to prepare Print Job Specifications, develop a list of Print Vendors to submit them to, mail/email/fax the Specifications to each of those Vendors, do follow-up chatting over the phone and by email to make sure the Specs got there . . . . well, you know the drill as well as we do.
We just thought there had to be an easier way, where efforts were not duplicated and time was not lost. The Print Buyers Network is our answer, and it's turned out quite well for us, for all of our Print Buyer Members, and even for our Print Vendor Members. Enter your Specs just once, and then sit back while the Quotes come to you. We just facilitate the introduction . . . . you and the Print Vendors take it from there.
Our system will send your Requests for Quotes to all of our Print Vendor Members. Your Requests will include a way for those Print Vendor Members to communicate with you directly. You'll work out your own details, make your own decisions and award your own contracts. We just make your job a whole lot easier finding qualified Print Vendors and generating competitive Quotes.
